By using LingoSpin (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be legally permitted to use the App in your region. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, disrupt its services, or interfere with other users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Content & Gameplay Data

We process gameplay data (scores, time, coins), profile data (nickname, country code), and account data (email) to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Coins & Leaderboards

Coins are an in-app balance without real-world value. We may adjust or revoke coin balances in cases of abuse. Leaderboards are provided “as-is”.

5. Updates & Availability

We may modify or discontinue features without notice. The App may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided “as-is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
